Catch Basin Rehabilitation Problem: Box structures were deteriorated and needed channels built to better direct the flow.
Solution: 49 stormwater catch basins were lined for Cherry Point N.A.S. Each of the structures were configured differently and uniquely shaped. The field measurement on the right is a sample of the configuration. The Poly-Triplex Liner was custom fabricated to fit each structure. Channels were formed to improve flow and structures lined preventing further deterioration.

Catch Basin Rehabilitation – Jacksonville N.A.S.
Stormwater Problem: Soil Erosion - Stormwater catch basin has cracks and crevices allowing infiltration of soil and erosion of the surrounding ground. Originally buried underground, the 30" incoming pipe has been exposed due to excessive soil erosion.
Solution: Using creative installation techniques, Poly-Triplex installers lined the structure and permanently stopped the soil erosion.
